To all of our Customers, Vendors, and Partners:
We so appreciate all of you and what you do. As many of you know, this week, the State of Texas experienced an unprecedented winter storm that has knocked out power lines and reduced the capacity of the State's power grid. As a result, millions of Texans are without power, water, and essential services. Our hearts are with each and every person affected in prayer. Unfortunately, this natural disaster has also taken many businesses offline and has reduced their ability to serve customers.
To update you, all services and Mastic operations are currently online and currently experiencing no interruptions. However, it is important to note that there may be service delays at this time as our offices and remote locations where our staff work are indeed affected with power outages reducing our ability to solve tickets and other matters in normal timeframes.
We truly apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause and we are working hard to restore power and/or install alternate power sources such as generators where necessary so that response times can return to normal. We expect response times to normalize within the week.
